Landmark adheres to the following as part of its code of principles:
- Aboriginal communities must benefit from each study that Landmark conducts, both economically and culturally
- Aboriginal communities are partners in the process and are to be as involved in each study as they wish to be
- Traditional knowledge is to be respectfully recorded and protected
- Community ethical standards and protocols must be included in our research design
- Capacity and support to Aboriginal community members is provided whenever possible
- Each study provides a permanent record of local Indigenous knowledge to share with proponents, regulators, and future generations
- Deliverables will be of high quality and meet professional standards with rigorous quality assurance
- Ensure that study objectives are met and that deliverables assist in the fulfilling the objectives
